Ian --- I'll see what I can do. We just met him last week (we've only been in our house for a year) and he was telling us all about his band, etc. Anyway, we have a HUGE pile of logs to be split that my DH is going to share with him in the fall. I'll ask him then. Seems like a very nice guy. Funny -- DS18 already new about the band and that he lived on our street. I have never heard of the band before.

Ha ha ... I was just kidding. I don't want you to put yourself out, but it was very nice of you to offer.
I'm not surprised you've never heard of them. They're actually not very well known outside of the punk world. They really have never had more than one or two "hits" (A Walk & 21st Century Digital Boy), but their music is actually pretty accessible to anyone. It's not "hardcore" in the sense that most true punk music is.
Greg Graffin is actually a very interesting guy. He holds a Ph.D. in zoology and writes some very insightful, almost poetic lyrics.

Oh boy. Like some of you there is no way I can get them all. During my high school years I practically lived at concerts. I'm pretty sure I saved most of my tickets in a box somewhere but a bunch from around the year 2000 have completely faded. Maybe it was a change in the ink for ticketmaster or something because tickets from before and after are fine. But, I digress. Here are the ones I can remember:
Bruce Springsteen x2
New version of Guns N' Roses
Paul McCartney
U2
Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers x2
Stone Temple Pilots x2
Oasis
Beck
Foo Fighters
Judas Priest (2x with Ripper Owens and 2x with Rob Halford)
No Doubt
Coldplay
Our Lady Peace x2
Dashboard Confessional
Panic! At the Disco
Danzig
Blue Oyster Cult (most recent incarnation)
Jimmy Eat World
G Love and Special Sauce
The Roots
Incubus
System of a Down
Phantom Planet
Weezer
Everclear
The Hooters
Kaiser Chiefs x2
The Cribs
Death Cab for Cutie
Franz Ferdinand
The Killers
Korn
Staind x3 (but I only wanted to see them twice, third time they were part of a festival and I wasn't really a fan anymore. I guess my teen angst days were over)
Crazytown
P.O.D.
Joan Jett
*//\\// SYNC x2
Slayer x2
Moby
Shadows Fall x2
In Flames
Peter Frampton (4th of July show, sounded bad, it was very hot, we left to play mini golf and came back for fireworks.)
The Yeah Yeah Yeahs
A.F.I.
Michael Buble
Tom Jones x2
And the most recent one was the American Idols Tour.
Some of these were festivals so I haven't seen all of them separately.
