Disney Fairies--appearing anytime soon??

Has anyone heard anything else about the rumored meet&greet that was supposed to be developing for the Disney fairies?

Do you think that they will do anything later this year with the fairies to coincide with the release of the first Disney Fairy dvd?

They are going to meet eventually. The problem is just when. The fairies are being a bit stubborn so they keep pushing the dates back.

Thank you for the link! The characters look great, now they just need to get them into the park! We are going in Dec 08 and I am hoping they'll be there by then!

There was a blip in the News forum quite some time ago that a room was down in the Judge's Tent presumably to make it over for the fairies, so hopefully it's in the works and will happen!

To let you guys know there coming to Disneyland this Oct. There taking the place were the meet and greet with Ariel is at. Ariel is going to be put with the other Princess over in the Princess Fantasy Faire next to Small World is. This is at Ca. not Fl. Just to let you guys know they are going.

Oh, my youngest daughter will be thrilled. She is already counting the days until the movie comes out. Tinkerbell is her fav and she loves the commercials with the other fairies on Disney channel.

As of Monday, May 12th, Ariel's Grotto will be closed for the rest of the week. According to a cast member, the grotto would be closed for "many months". Are they mirroring Disneyland's plan to transform it into Tinkerbell's spot? The center line at the Judge's Tent in Toontown has also been closed for a while. Could this be the new Fairies area? Just wondering...

The Grotto is only closed til the 23rd. Then it will be reopening.

If the Fairies are going anywhere, it would be in Toontown. That seems to be the most likely spot.

Wow can't wait to see if they come to Fl.! Showed my DD6 the pics and she almost cried she's the biggest Silvermist fan. It would be great if she got to meet her in person.Fingers crossed!
