Default Question about Magical Express service

    Hi guys!

I am thinking of staying at a Disney resort for 4 nights (My first stay at a Disney Resort in WDW ) and want to use their Magical Express service for when I arrive.
I checked on the WDW website and I could add the express to my resort.

However, I found another (reliable) website that offered the same resort only somewhat cheaper. Is it possible for me to book my stay at this website and still use Disney's Magical Express??

as long as you stay at a disney resort, you can use magical express for free - no matter how you booked it

As long as you are a registered guest at a Disney owned resort you are entitled to use DME. You do need to book your DME reservation at least 10 days prior to your trip.

If you book through a private website, then you have to get that website to make a DME reservation for you.

That website is your travel agent. When you book travel with a travel agent, you don't "own" that reservation ... the travel agent "owns" that reservation. Legally and technically, you can't make any additions or changes to the reservation because it's not yours. All additions and changes must be done by your travel agent.

So you'll need to have your travel agent add a DME reservation to your overall reservation.
