Best way to find good rates

I wanna stay at a Disney resort hotel for the first time on my next trip. Before I start planning my trip. I was wondering if you guys had some tips on where to find the best rates for the Disney Resorts..

I recommend you contact Magical Journeys. They will get you the best price available and then track all discounts, packages, etc. when they come out to be certain you have the best deal.
Take a look in the Vacation Planning forum and you will see many recommendations for them.

Another vote for Magical Journeys. With MJ, if a rate comes out and applies to your stay, you just get an email saying, "You've saved $xxx.xx!" Yeah, lots better than doing it yourself.

I've never bothered with a planner. I'm a control freak and get a little "thrill" when I find my own deals, but I know lots of people use planners.
I know I've been offered special discounts just for having a Disney Visa. When you have a Disney Visa you sometimes get offered special rates before those rates are offered to the general public.

Just as a note of comparison, specials/deals, etc are almost always posted on Intercot before any other site (yes, we check), including the one mentioned. Magical Journeys keeps us well informed so between MJ and Intercot there's really no need to look anywhere else for deals. All deals are available to everyone. It's not like this travel agency will have a better deal than another. It's all regulated by Disney, so you just go where you get the best service and that is hands down Magical Journeys.

My sister is thinking of joining us and we got a quote (in 2 hours) for the entire trip from MJ. It was less expensive than online. I also like that they continually check for cheaper rates after you book.

Definitely go with MJ. They are totally on top of the deals! Terri Sue is the best! Spend your time researching and planning your trip (dining places, park choices, etc) while MJ checks for deals!
