    Default Internet?

We are staying at the Pop Century resort (we arrive this Saturday)... I am bringing my laptop because I have some work to do... What do I need to know/bring to get an internet connection in my room? The website says they have dialup... do I need to bring anything other than my laptop? A cord? Sorry to be so clueless but I am a new laptop owner ;o)

    Your choices at Pop are:

    1. Dial Up with your ISP. YOu need to check if they have a local number, call your ISP for details. You will incur the phone call charge if you use dial up. Local calls are $.75 each, anything else will be BIG BUCKS!

    2. You can use their "high speed" internet. It's $9.95 a day (24 hour period) and you'll just need an Ethernet cable. There's probably one in the room, but it never hurts to bring your own.

I don't beleive there are any wireless hotspots in the area for guests to use, however most of the deluze hotels have wireless in the public areas. That too is $9.95 a day, and is NOT connected to the room Internet fees.
