I've heard a lot of people rave about Shula's. Well, I was at a local shopping center here in NEPA (Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley), and saw a sign for Shula's opening sometime soon. I was really surprised, and happy to see that we'll soon have what sounds like an awesome restaurant.

So, anyone on this board who lives near the Lehigh Valley....we'll be getting a little piece of Florida right here in Saucon Valley.

Hey Surferstitch (Go Blue Bombers)! I live in the Lehigh Valley and I am looking forward to Shula's being open at the Promenade! As you know, we like our steaks up here in the valley!

Looking at the menu for Shula's, it looks like a steak eater's dream come true! Hey, anyone who has eaten at Shula's in Disney, please share your experience. Would appreciate the feedback!

I love Shula's. I have eaten at the one at WDW and the one in Birmingham(Alabama). Have eaten there 4 times-twice at each and I have had 4 great meals. The decor is a little over the top if you are not in to football. The steaks are fantastic and the side dishes are HUGE. Plan on sharing.

THe steaks are a top draw, but don't discount the seafood. Shula's has some of the best crab cakes I have ever eaten. Not to mention the Macoroni and cheese with crab meat. SO good. I have not eaten dessert there, but I plan on it next trip.

The Shula steaks are top notch- i also like the football menus
very expensive though.
But still less than the equivilent in NYC
