Well Ray, you can take comfort in the fact that the odds are you'll never have to worry about winning it anyway.

From the first day my "little ones" entered the MK..they wodered about Cinderellas Castle..and would ask if we could stay there. I remember having to explain to them that it wasn't possible..and to my daughter who was 3 for her visit..that "only Cinderella could live there". When she was 4 we have picutres of her with Cinderella..that would melt your heart. It was Disney through the eyes of a child...nothing quite like it. It truly was magical. Of course my little girl turned 20 last month...and let me tell you..she would still love to be able to stay in that castle! One of the perks of having a little girl..no matter how old they get... they still have a place in their hearts for Cinderella. Gotta love em!

Congratulations!! How exciting!
How do they make sure you don't go walking out into the park after everything is closed? Is there a CM or someone that is on watch at the castle also?

To get out of the room, you have to go through the little suite lobby and there's someone on call there 24 hours a day. They wouldn't let you through.

I am still giggling for you and your family. I can NOT imagine!
Was Taylor bummed to go back to the "peasants" hotel when the princess dream was over?
I am so excited for you, still. Thank you for sharing the pictures with everyone. Very cool.
And when you said that quite a few single people had signed the book... I couldn't help but think THAT would be the ultimate pick up line, "Wanna come back to my castle...?"
Next trip - New Years 2018!

Congrat's WDW Wacky with 10 days in the parks we never even saw a member of the dream team we where a little disappointed we did not get to even see anyone win anything. We certainly did not expect to win anything ourselfs but we would have liked to have seen someone win the magic.

Since all the windows are stained glass, the view wasn't quite what I had hoped it would be (not that it mattered!). The one window looked out over Fantasyland (that had the best view, looking down on the carousel) and the other looked up into Liberty Square. I tried to take some pics from the windows, but because of the stained glass they didn't really turn out.
They should have installed a balcony.

Honestly? We felt the same way you did before we won and it's been the same since we won. We haven't seen a single member of the Dream Team all week!
But still ... if I never see another one again, I still feel completely blessed.

You know she really wasn't. None of us were. I think we all felt just SO incredibly lucky to have won the first time that there was no being bummed out at all. We got to do it and now we're all excited for whomever gets to do it after us (in fact, we looked for the winners a few times!).

You need to change your signature so it says:
April 2007- Stayed at Cinderella's Castle
Also now that you stayed in the castle, from the little debate about would you pick a 1 week stay at a moderate resort or a night in the castle. What do think is the better choice, staying in the castle or the free week stay at a moderate resort?

Congratulations!!!!! The pictures are great and thank you for sharing them. I know I'll never get the chance to see the suite so it was nice to look at your pictures.
