What exactlly is the great movie ride?

It's an attraction with movies though the years. It's something you want to make sure you see.

i'm still trying to figure out if it's a GREAT MOVIE ride or a GREAT movie ride.

it does have a few scenes (like alien, possibly indiana jones, a shootout, etc) that may be scary for small children.

but it's basically just going through an animatronic history of films with a weak plot involving actual humans.

and it's not the same without tourguide ashley.

It's a must-see attraction, but as mentioned, may have a couple of slightly scary scenes for the younger ones.

Love it! A must see for our family, including our 3 year old. She just closes her eyes on the scary parts.

The GMR is simply a must see, especially when you get a good CM.

The Wizard of Oz scene (munckinland) is worth riding the ride all by itself, it has a Wicked Witch of the West AA that is amazing, you ll swear its an actor as it goes through its famous "Ill get you my pretty" speech.

its only one of the best rides at mgm! i could ride it over and over, its one of my favorites!
