We got back late last Thursday, from a 10 day/9 night trip....

Of course, dining venues were packed, but crowd levels seemed light to moderate....

Almost walked on to TSMM!!! Got all the way to the staircase without stopping! It was during a 'showing' of LMA, so that might have taken the crowds....

Star Tours redo is EXCELLENT!!! Now my wife's favorite ride!! LOL We basically walked on to this -- 3 times in a row! Then back the next day for two more rides!! (That is the most she has ridden/wanted to ride ANYTHING in a single trip!!) We DID have one time that the simulator we were in went '101' and we had to be transferred to another StarSpeeder.

Was happy to see Blackbeard still being shown on the mist screen for PotC!

Art of Animation resort is coming along quite nicely....While we were there (at Pop) we could see that the outlines for Dory, Nemo, Marlin, etc. were being put on the outside of the buildings in that section -- these were visible from the road as the bus went by...Took some pictures from the Generation Gap Bridge at Pop, and a couple 'over the wall,' to log the progression of the construction. (Will post somewhere on here when I have them ready for PhotoBucket.)

Love Bugs were pretty nasty the first couple days, then became almost non-existent for the rest of the trip.

Temps were low-90's for highs and low-70's for lows with a constant light breeze and low (for FL) humidity. Only a few, short, spells of rain - mainly when we were in attractions - until our departure day. That day it rained most of the late-morning until we took off from MCO at 8:10pm.

Dining was good overall - First time to Whispering Canyon Cafe -- food was OK...basically the same things (on the Canyon Skillet) as Mickey's Backyard B-B-Q. Tried La Hacienda de San Angel, Sci-Fi Dine-In, Kona Cafe, Captain's Grille...all were OK, but not 'Must Do' venues for us. Still love eating at Coral Reef, Cape May Buffet, 'Ohana, Grand Floridian Cafe.

Counter service meals are really starting to leave a lot to be desired!!! Other than Flame Tree Bar-B-Que, Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe, and Earl of Sandwich, we could have done without them altogether!!

Since we have been regular visitor for the past 8 years, we no longer rush around to do everything...That said, it was a nice, relaxing trip -- we DID get to do all the attractions we wanted to do and spent some time, on three separate days, in waterparks (twice in TL and once in BB)

I cannot end this without thanking our wonderful Magical Journeys agent -- Denise Keeler -- for making this another wonderful trip!! And for the little 'surprise' our first day there!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!
