My instructor told us that if you exercised you added that amount of points back to that day. So if you are supposed to have 18 points and you exercise 5 points on Tuesday then you need to add those five points back to Tuesday. If you only eat 13 points then your body is going to think you're starving it and you'll start storing fat. I hope this makes sense.
