You could also consider the wilderness lodge cabins.
I'll meet you at the Rainbow Bridge.

I was thinking the same thing! We love the cabins, and have stayed with 4 adults, lots of sleeping options and space.
As much as I love OKW, I'd vote against it, since the 1 bedroom only has 1 real bed, and depending where you are in the resort, the other two people would have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom.

I would do Boardwalk for the easy access to World Showcase/Future World and DHS. So nice to walk out of WS after Illuminations (or whatever show it will be when you are there) and be at the resort in a few minutes - or take the boat for the relaxing ride - and not have to wait on buses or fight with the parking crowds getting out.
Of course, I have to put a disclaimer on this: I have no idea what the SkyLiner will do to this exit, as the 'depot' will be at the International Gateway, so crowding in that area MAY get bad.

BW is one I havent stayed in, just didnt seem to appeal to me. i have stayed at BC and didnt like it much other than the great location, because i spend most of my trips at Epcot. and BW has a good location . there is the Abracadabar close too.

Just got back from a first stay at the Boardwalk on the Villas side.
Overall, still love the hotel theme and overall resort up keep. The One Bedroom Villa I happened to get seemed to be in need of some updating. Several of the bathroom fixtures were visibly worn as was the carpet (almost worn through in some areas) in the bedroom. Seemed like the "Inn" side had been updated more recently. .

so would you say not to stay there..was there 3 beds. Im leaning towards AOA. the BW advantages would be the location, since I spend most of my time at Epcot.

Not in a 1 Bedroom Villa, you would need a 2 Bedroom Villa to get three beds.
I probably wouldn't stay there again, but I'm a bit more particular about conditions of rooms than some people might be. To be specific, a lot of the fixtures seemed original (like from the 90's), the tub had black wear marks on the surface, and the carpet in the bedroom was clean, but worn in a few areas.
The room was kept immaculately clean, however.

In any of the DVC units, you'll need a 2BR villa to get 3 beds - the 1BR villas have a king and a pull-out queen/twin available. The 2BRs at OKW are what we'd recommend - there you would have a king and 2 actual queen beds. Most of the "studio" sides of the 2BR DVC units are a bed and a pullout. OKW is very large, very quiet, and offers the best bed options.
Else, 2 rooms at any of the locations you have mentioned would to it, too.

The only way you can have 3 beds at WL is if you book one of the last remaining 10 Deluxe rooms which by default gives you access to CL. They are all at the end of the North wing 2 per floor / 5 floors and look out toward the boat launch area. We stayed in 5003 our last visit this past September and loved it as that was our second time staying in the deluxe or jr. suite rooms. You have 2 queen beds in the main bedroom that can be closed off from the living room area and the couch in the living room makes into a queen bed as well.
If you can split the cost 3 ways this room being club level would give you the most bang for your buck. The rooms on the 4th and 5th floor also give you a good view of the fireworks at MK each night.
Hope you enjoy your trip!
