I initially thought Columbia Harbour House but the color scheme on the wall is all wrong. So, I'm agreeing with Tigger that it's at the Yacht/Beach Club somewhere. Not certain if its the galley though.

Wow, this is a REALLY tough one. Its not in Epcot, Animal Kingdom, "anywhere near" Yankee Trader, a resort, a restaurant or a water park! So, I guess that it must be somewhere in the Studios (I have no earthly idea where it could be there though,) or somewhere at Downtown Disney that's not a restaurant.

Let me give you a bit of a clue - there is a Disney character in a Top Hat as the logo for the store name......
