    Default SOG Ticket Office Question

If you want to upgrade a new, unused child's ticket (it already has park hopper and no expiration, but we wanted to maybe add the water parks), can you do it thru the ticket office at SOG or do you have to go to the parks to do it?

(i ask b/c i know if we do it thru the parks, we will pay more for that option b/c of the tax)

Was you unused ticket purchased through Shades of Green? That might make a difference.

I'd suggest you contact the ticketing folks directly at Shades of Green for assisstance.
