I'm in the "no car" category. We rented one the 1st time we stayed on-site and never used it. Next time we took a taxi (5 people so it was cheaper than Mears). This time we're going to try Mag. Express.

I don't mind waiting for the bus. I've lived in cities often enough that, for me, it's no big deal. We enjoy the quiet and the place we're in for that time.
    It's JUNE!!!

Is it Saturday yet???

I have never done Disney with a car. As long as you stay on resort property, there is really no need. The bus service to parks, DTD, etc. is excellent. We usually travel to other resorts and check them out as well. It is not an problem getting to those without a car either.

We are in the No Car category. Riding the Disney busses is alot of the magic for us. We're on vacation and like to take our time, so even if we have to wait for a bus it's no big deal.

    It's definitely a personal preference.

It's like my DH says: I'd rather be at WDW waiting on a bus than at work any day of the week!

I grew up in a large city, and waiting 10-20 minutes for the right bus was the usual thing. At WDW, I've never waited more than 15, except once at CBR for the DTD bus. Plus, it's part of the magic! My when they were small, DS & DD thought the buses were an attraction!

A bad day at WDW beats a great day just about anywhere else. :P
