    Question

While all the times I have been to WDW I have never had the following snacks:

    Egg roll from MK
    Mickey Bar
    Churros from Epcot
    Beaver Tail from Epcot

What other treats/snacks should I partake in??

Definately go for the beaver tail in Canada! You will be glad that you did!!!

My only other suggestion would be German Fudge! My DH & I tried the carmel & chocolate fudge from Germany last year. It was heavenly.

I also want to plug the DOLE WHIPS - but I am betting you have already tried these!!

    Hope to see ya there!

I highly recommend the chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches that are fresh made (not the ones from the carts). They take 2 warm cookies and put a wedge of vanilla ice cream in between.

You can get these at Chip 'n' Dale's cookie cabin at the AK and at the Main Street Bakery at MK.

Goofy bars are also good if you like milk chocolate and caramel.

Character cookies are the best. They are so cute. It's almost a shame to eat them. Frozen chocolate covered frozen bananas are yummy too. Sugar coated pecans are so good. You can smell them from a mile away. You already mentioned my favorite snack, Beaver Tails. The only thing I'd say to stay away from are the pretzels. I bought this huge pretzel outisde of It's a Small World. It wasn't too good. It was really hard

Yumm...love the Mickey Bar! In fact, I got a Mickey Bar magnet in June when I was there just to remind me of it!

    Anyway, back to your question...

Definitely have the churro, the mickey bar, popcorn (can't resist when I smell it!), a pastry from France (the chocolate croissants with a nice espresso are great!) and a Dole Whip.

This post is making me hungry!

You must try the Mickey-shaped rice crispy treats dipped in chocolate. We have a major jones for those all the time.

You can get them at the All Stars, at DxL, and while waiting for Fantasmic!

What about old fashioned ice cream from Main Street? Now that it has a new store, I heard it was even nicer to eat there.

Rob was talking about how wonderful the sundaes in the waffle bowls were...

Beignet at Port Orleans FQ, if you like to resort hop.It is a fabulous New-Orleans style deep fried yeasty yummy coated in powdered sugar. Technically, could be called breakfast (at least that's what I called 'em while inhaling them 6 mornings in a row with black coffee and a banana for "balance"!) I think they are available all day, but, like any good Krispy Kreme, get 'em HOT in the am, if you want the full experience! As long as you are there, you could float to DL for a praline or two, to really complete the sugar buzz! By the way, regarding pretzels? I had a GIANT one at Epcot, in Germany of course, to go with my GIANT beer. I thought it was heavenly, but then again, there was the beer!!!

It's a pastry dessert that they have over in Canada in Epcot. People rave about how good they are, but the one time I had one, I wasn't overly impressed... I must have caught them on a bad night, I'll have to try it again.

Try the cannoli at the cart outside of the Italy pavilion at Epcot. It's the best I've ever tasted, next to my Grandma's!

Speaking of Italy at Epcot, I always have to get a gellato from the cart in the courtyard. Yum Yum!

    Cool

My votes are for the Beaver Tails (I don't know how many times I have been to Canada and never tried them, but now I am hooked). These are huge and very rich, so you can share with a friend.

Dole Whips: light, refreshing, and fanstastic on a hot day.

The snowcones in Japan. They have great flavors like melon and tangerine. Again, light and refreshing on a hot day.

    ------------------
    Nov 00 - PO
May 01 - Contemporary (on a business trip)
    Nov 01 - PO/FQ
    2002 - maybe a quick trip
Jan 03 - WL? AKL? ½ Marathon, followed by Disney Cruise!
