    Default Magical express question

I am sorry if this is not the correct forum.

We are going in May, the flight we wanted for SWA is already sold out. We will have to go on another airline.
Someone told me that if we don't go on SWA we have to pick up our luggage at the airport and transfer them unto the magical express bus. Is that true? or can we still use the luggage service.

also does it matter if we use two airlines? the cheapest i could fine was United to and frontier back. so can we still use the service?

    thanks.

It doesn't matter what airline you use. I always use JetBlue and they always get my luggage. I can't answer the second question but I feel like it shouldn't be a problem.

Absolutely it doesn't matter which airline. We're from Canada and can use it with our Canadaian airlines. You just put the yellow tags on your luggage and it shows up in your room.

For your trip home they only check luggage for certain airlines at the resorts. But you can check this when you check in.
