The policy is they are nonrefundable. However, I have heard of a couple of instances where a family emergency such as a death in the family resulted in a reservation cancellation and they were able to get a refund on one of the hard ticket events by calling and speaking with guest services. Otherwise, if you just decide not to go and cancel your reservation, then no you shouldn't be able to get a refund.
2 yrs ago, my niece had to cancel, bc she could not get off from her new job. We explained this at Guest Relations that night we were attending, and got our card credited.
