Default New Magicband/Fast Pass + question

My wife and I are debating a trip to WDW the first week in September for our ten year anniversary. We honeymooned in WDW and we thought a trip sans children to celebrate would be fun.

We have no expiration ticket media we are going to use.

So, how does this work with Magicbands and Fast Pass +. I realize that going during the first week in September may mean we don't even need to us a Fast Pass.

I can remember ten years ago when we did this, we made it through all of MK in one day. We were tired as all get out but things were so open we just walked onto everything.

    Opinions? Suggestions?

Register for MDE. Link your tickets if you can (you might not be able to because they're so old). Make your FP choices.

Well, that may actually work. Last year we had to make a special trip to WDW to replace the original media we lost.

We had fortunately copied the back side of the original ones and were able to get replacements.

So, good. While I don't think we will need it for most things due to how low the crowds should be, it will be nice to have for some rides, if we can actually get a FP for the times we want.

You might find that attractions that used to have no line even in September now have lines due to everything having a FP option. How that works out, no idea, since it should be cutting back on lines, but, yes, even during slow times. You should be able to link your tickets to a Magic Band, I think, and I would definitely take advantage of FP+ and plan a few things ahead. Not to say you won't be successful without FP+, but for some rides it does really help.

You might also find that the crowds have changed significantly since 10 years ago. Off season now isn't like off season back then.
