There's an official press event on that day, but there's been no word from Disney on when it will officially open to the public. Right now what you're seeing is a lot of people running from board to board spreading the same rumor. While it's certainly plausible, there's been no confirmation from Disney.

From another blog, this morning, April 23, "Walking past Mine Train and they announced on attraction intercom, 'All Mine Train Personel please report to the loading dock for safety training.'"

So soft openings should be any day now.
