    Default Disneynature Bears

I've never seen any of the Disney nature movies in the theater, but I am a huge lover of all things Bears so I want to see this one for sure. Does it only run thru Earth Day? Or do these Disney nature movies run like 'normal' movies and will be in theaters for a few months or so?
    For Narnia! And for Aslan!

They run like normal movies. I'm looking forward to this one too!

They are regular movies, but I believe a portion of the first week's proceeds actually go to the National Parks. We have seen a few of the DisneyNature films in the theater and they are typically pretty good. We will definitely be seeing Bears!

    Default Dumb question

Does anyone know if any of the bears die? I know it might be a spoiler but I'm not sure I can handle that?

I don't know. I agree though. At the end of Oceans, we were left knowing that the poor male Polar Bear was on the verge of death. That about did me in. I can let you know after we see it.

Thanks that would be great-it looks so great and we are headed to Alaska in a few weeks so I think it would be a great thing to watch before we go!

Anyone else seen the movie? I went today and liked it. Without giving away too much information, you won't walk out feeling sad like some nature movies.

    Default Saw it

Yes we saw it last weekend, it was cute and pretty. It was a little slow though, to me, it felt long considering it was only a 77 min movie?

I'm glad I went but if you wait til DVD I think that would be ok too?

Most movies I wait for DVD release but movies like this I enjoy so much more on big screen. Can't wait to see How to Train Your Dragon 2 at theatre and Lemurs on IMAX screen!

Glad you enjoyed and yes, a little slow, but great footage.

We just got back... did not find it slow at all, I thought it was the perfect length. Actually, I wanted more! I didn't want to leave our buddies. The movie was very entertaining, suspenseful, and informative (in that order) and the footage was simply gorgeous.
