I'm not a current DVC member but I did just do a phone guided tour, for the $40 promotional gift card. The representative said that on January 15 that the cost per point was going to increase from $150 p/pt to $155.

I think if we were to do it, we'd go the resale route, but for others, thought the information might be timely.

The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort will increase from $150 to $155 per point on Feb 12, 2014.

The incentives on Aulani are ending on Jan 15.
