besides the carriage ride, how bout a nice dinner at an Epcot restaurant during the fireworks? Tokyo Dining is always amazing, and I would imagine Rose and Crown would be spectacular as well. I ate at Bistro de Paris before it closed and during the fireworks it was perfect!

Last year, I did order a princess bouquet for my wife and had it delivered to the room our first day. It was a welcome surprise and she really loved it. I say anything romantic you do for your gf will be greatly appreciated.

yes I love Tokyo Dining and have watched Illuminations from there before and from the balcony just outside.
but now it looks like she wont be going...she has a chance to go ft where she is working pt now, but if she goes she would have to wait to see if another ft job opens up in the future.
I just told her some of the things I had had planned if she would have gone. oh well. some other year. now I have to see if im going to go at all the week or what
