Room only discounts @ POFQ

I am booked for 5 mights starting 9/30 so there are no discounts out there yet. I looked at the past few discount deals and it seems POFQ is not discounted the way the other mods are. Any clue as to why that would be

POFQ is a small, very popular resort. Since Disney can usually fill it at rack rate, they see no reason to discount it.
