they say the typical Cars dialoge.
the ones at Disneyland Cars Land actually talk, so that's cool.

The ones at WDW don't say anything. They just sit there with their engines rumbling and you get your pics with them.

Stationary cars. They have the Photopass photographers there (at least on my last two trips).
