The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh replaced the Country Bear Playhouse, home of the Country Bear Jamboree, Vacation Hoedown, and Jingle Jamboree shows. While on the attraction today, you can turn around immediately after the Heffalumps and Woozles scene and still see the Max, Buff, and Melvin Audio-Animatronic figures mounted above the doorway. My sources indicate that these figures were not actually the ones used in the attraction, but rather, were the ones you could find at the Mile Long Bar back when Bear Country still existed.

You might be looking at sometime between the early-to-mid 1930's for the time period of the original Jungle Cruise. However, I do believe many elements of the attraction were later re-themed to depict a 1940's storyline to coincide with the debut of the Indiana Jones Adventure attraction, when that came to Adventureland in the mid-90's. Also, this is why you can hear the radio announcer briefly mention Doctor Henry "Indiana" Jones, Marcus Broady, and the dig happening at the Temple of the Forbidden Eye, on the boathouse queue's old-timey radio loop. So, perhaps there is more than one answer...

Perhaps there is more than one answer, however, according to the Disney Insider (official Disney publication) the year for the Jungle Cruise is 1938.

Also, if you believe Wikipedia, Indiana Jones Adventure: Temple of the Forbidden Eye is not in the 1940's but is set in circa 1935 (and a second entry states 1936).
