    Question Value Resort Question

Ok, so the last time we stayed at a value resort was May 2010. At that time values did not have refrigerators or coffee makers in the room. Well, we will be a POP again next month and I vaguely remember that one or both are now included in your room. So I went onto the WDW website and the amenities list includes a refrigerator but not a coffee maker. Is this correct? Need to know what to bring since I need both in my room.

    Thanks!

You will get a fridge, but you will have to arrange on your own for a coffee maker. The new intercot sponsor Strollers and Groceries has a Kuerig for rent, if you are interested in having a Kuerig delivered for your stay.

Thanks! Is this standard now with ALL Values? Also, I saw free wifi was listed...last I heard it wasn't great. Has that improved?

I had great wifi service resort wide. The only annoying thing was needing to sign in again after a while of being idle. It seems like the wifi kicks you off after a certain period of inactivity.

No coffee in the room?! That's just wrong!

The last time we were there it was the other way around... coffee maker in the room but $10/night for wifi.

Last time I was there...there was neither! LOL
I brought a cooler and my own coffee maker! And I flew

This time I'm driving so a coffee pot should be no big deal.

    Question

So just to clarify Value Resorts, including Pop and ASM, now have in room refrigerators and free wifi, but not coffee pots?
    I Am That Hero!

I'm a Ramblin Wreck from Georgia Tech...

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
    Hit it.

Yes. Refrigerators, free wifi. No coffee pots.

This is true for all value resorts.

You got it, no coffee pots. If you don't bring a coffee maker, you can get a refillable mug and get coffee at the food court.

That's actually pretty standard in every hotel I have stayed which has had free wi-fi, not unique to WDW.
