Is Pin Trading still popular??

Hello All,

We have not been to Disney since 2006. When we were last there we had a blast trading pins. My kids thought it was the coolest thing ever.


Do people still pin trade? Do cast members still where lanyards?

It's still popular and cast members still where pins. You can also go to guest relations locations and see their "books" they are huge!

Yep, we still had a blast pin trading on our last trip!

DD is the one who really likes it, and she still found LOTS of CM's with lanyards.

My DD did a ton of pin trading when we were there last February. It was great looking at all the huge pin boards. She came home with some she really wanted!

Our DD (and DS to a smaller extent) did a lot of pin trading on our last trip (2007 ). When I told them we were going in Nov, our DD's first question was "can we get some pins to trade again?". She has already gone through her pin board and decided which ones she can part with and we have ordered some off Ebay as well. A really fun and inexpensive(if out keep it in check) souvenir experience.
