August Characters!

Hi everyone,

I will be at WDW from August 24 to August 27 with my family and I was wondering where/when we could find some rare characters! I am particularly interested in any villains and also Rabbit from Winnie the Pooh.

Also, is it true the Swampy is making appearances at Typhoon Lagoon/Blizzard Beach?

Villains are rare in august... Cept for evil step mother and stepsisters (Cinderella) Found near the castle . As for Rabbit, well he is hit or miss (usually if pooh or tigger is sick) but rumors put him at epcots UK pavillion and camp minnie mickey good luck searching...
