Sat here and priced out DDP, and I swear we can do it cheaper, especially in the heat! Not worried about a lot of heavy dinners, just Ohana .
My head is spinning w numbers!
Hoping SW puts out a special tomorrow. Would not change resorts to have more spending, but would for atmosphere, another day, flying...
For me a lot of the decision would have to do with the length and enjoyability of the drive....i.e. if the drive were enjoyable to me and not so long as to leave me completely exhausted on the return home I would drive...otherwise for roughly equal money I would fly down.
There's a great big beautiful tomorrow

Mmmmmhmmmm.... Part of the consideration! It's about 11 hours...Still tossing around. Don't see any SW changes today yet. May just stick to original plan.

Sorry for the misconception guys when I said spending I meant like dining and other things like recreations.

i guess it would depend on how much you budget for your purchases. We,personally, prefer a nicer room, as we are a "relaxing on the balcony with adult beverages" kind of people. So, a room with a nice balcony and a great view is important to us. Of course, we and our DD are older now, and we did start at the moderates when she was younger, and did not spend as much time in the room as now, and spent ALOT more on souveniers then, than now.
