Cape May Breakfast & Garden Grill are the only other 2 still open that we have seen Mickey at.

The last time I was at Cape May, they did not have Mickey. It was only Minnie, Goofy and Donald. It's been about a year since I've been to that one so it could have changed.

As far as recommendation, it depends on if you are more interested in breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Garden Grill is my favorite for dinner. We always had great character interactions there and usually see Mickey at least twice during the meal.

I give Tusker House the edge on breakfast because you also get Donald, Daisy and Goofy. You used to get Minnie but she was not there the last time we came. I think the buffet is above average.

But, I really enjoy Ohana too. It is closer to MK if you are going there. The family style meal is decent though nothing unusual. Character interaction is great especially Stitch.

Tusker House and Garden Grill are both good choices!

Deb, I'd take him to 'Ohana. There are parades and music. My boys always enjoyed it.

We plan on doing O'Hana for dinner one night, Gage amazed me last year when he got up (after asking permission) to participate in the activities! We all want to go back for dinner! and bring a few Nuggets along for company!

I am thinking Safari Mickey at Tusker House...

This is a no brainer for my family. The Garden Grill is our favorite at WDW. The atmosphere is great as you can see down into the Living With the Land ride, the experience is unique as the floor is turning while you eat, and the character interaction is the best we have ever had. We never go without eating at the Garden Grill. The food is fresh and outstanding......it is the highlight of our trip many times.

Oh and one of the best interactions we ever had with Mickey there, was when he kissed my wife on the cheek and Minney (who was making a special appearance) grabbed a row of paper towels and scrubbed my wifes face and then proceeded to scold Mickey with her finger. We captured it all on video!

Love the Garden Grill. The best character interaction I've had in WDW. The characters come by at least twice during the meal...not rushed. Laughed and laughed.

We've had a great time with Mickey (and the other characters) at both 'Ohana for breakfast and Garden Grill for dinner. You really can't go wrong at either.

Well, I couldcertainly be wrong. All my character dining experiences have started to run together.

I know the feeling! We have been going 4-5 times a year for the last two year and sometime I can't even remember what happened on which trip.

I am pretty sure Cape May used to have Mickey so it is very likely you saw him there. For some reason other than Chef Mickey's it is hard to get Mickey and Minnie together. The first time I went to Tusker House all 5 characters were there, but when we went last time, Minnie was gone.
