    Default Favorite Land?

Good morning! I sat down with my DW over the weekend and we were discussed our favorite park to visit and why...we realized we spend alot of time in World Showcase at Epcot. It might be because we are educators, but we love learning about different cultures and tasting different cuisines, so my question to all of you is what is your favorite land and why?

I would say "Disney"land, but, like Gary , I have never been there.

At WDW, my personal preference would either be Africa in Animal Kingdom, or World Showcase in Epcot. Both of these area keep my interest and are, to me, very enjoyable to visit.

Wow! Tough question, but I guess my fav would be the World Showcase & The Magic Kingdom! We have a tie!

It's hard to have just one favorite anything in WDW (at least to me!) Those two parks are very different, with the World Showcase being just so laid back & beautiful & interesting! But the Magic Kingdom - Awww to me - Walt's imagination at work & waiting for us all to enjoy!

I spend most of my time in Frontierland, Adventureland, Liberty Square, and Tomorrowland. But, I believe Fantasyland is the most important land. Fantasyland (including the castle) is the heart and soul of the entirety of Walt Disney World. I feel the magic there.

I am so excited for the new expansion to open in the future.

I'm pretty much a left turn kind of guy when it comes to the Magic Kingdom! I think Adventureland, frontierland and Liberty Square really define the experience for me.

A tie for Adventure and Frontier. The ambience and rides are what make them special to me.

You took the words right out of my mouth, except I'm a left turn kinda gal! lol I love those three lands.. they just really make me stop when I walk into each and think to myself "it doesn't get any better than this.. I'm home".

I do love Tomorrowland too, but I don't spend as much time as I could the other 3.

This is one of the most difficult questions to answer about WDW. Each "land" not only has wonderful theming, but also holds something near and dear to me. If you asked me this question tomorrow, I'd probably answer it differently.

That being said, I'm going to have to say Africa in the Animal Kingdom, for the wonderful theming, my favorite attraction, Kilimanjaro Safari, and one of WDW's most underrated attractions, Pangani Forest Trail.

World Showcase, Frontierland, Adventureland, Tomorrowland, and Asia were all candidates.

I would have to say World Showcase. Thats the area of WDW that I always seem to spend the most time in. Between all the different shops, drinks, and food there is so much to see and do. It's also a great place to just sit on a bench with a cold beverage and people watch.

I agree it is hard to decide on just one. I also believe daytime/nightime play a big part in which are my favorites. For example I love World Showcase during the day but prefer Future world at night. I also believe Adventureland is one of the best at night. But you could make an argument that with the Haunted Mansion, Liberty Square is the place to be at night......lol. Can I choose the Polynesian at night????? Now I'm confused on what I like best!

Well, in Epcot, has to be Germany b/c I love the caramel/chocolate desserts.

If we are talking true lands.. Then Adventure land.. The walk over the wooden bridge, and drums in the background. Dole whips, jungle cruise, tiki and pirates.. who could ask for more? YO HO

Marvel, really? The Spider-Man attraction is brilliant, but I find the theming of the land itself to be incredibly tacky.

Oh, and as for my answer, I'm going to cheat and combine Hollywood and Sunset Boulevards into one land. I don't think there's a better-themed part of Walt Disney World. It's absolutely brilliant and could only be made better if they took down that blasted hat.
