Staying at Pop; requests I should make?

What building/view should I request? Our trip is in May so I know I'm cutting it close. How close to the trip do I make that sort of request? Is it about accessibility to buses, pools, the main building? I'm going to bet that different buildings offer different benefits, but what have you requested, and why?
