comparable spring break crowds?

Are the crowds at Universal (whichever one has WWHP) during the first week of April comparable to the crowds at WDW? Thinking of taking my DD and DN, both 10 while we're in Orlando on a non-Dis trip...

Expect crowds... especially in WWoHP...

The Harry Potter section is crowded even in the slower season in October. Be there for the opening and if you are going to do Olivanders get in line for that first. Next, head for FJ. If at all possible don't bring anything into the park that won't fit into your pocket. If that is not possible you will have to get a locker before lining up for FJ. That is usually a pain so try to avoid that.

The whole thing is done very well, but it does get packed.

What's up with the locker situation? They make you put your stuff up for the entire park or for a specific ride?
