Resort gift shops

Every time we visit WDW I always buy myself some towels. Ive always wanted ones that had the resorts on them but even when I visited the resort gift shops they don't have them For example last year I went to dinner at Shutters at CBR and wanted to buy a towel with CBR on it but there were none. Well , my sister just came back from the WL and bought me a Wilderness Lodge Towel. I LOVE IT. Anyway, is this a WL thing or is it something new to all the resorts. thx

Although I can't answer your question with certainty, I can tell you that WDW is trending towards getting rid of resort specific merchandise and going with generic WDW stuff.
