Does anyone know if they sell this style in DL as well as WDW? I don't know if this is the right forum for this question..I apologize if its not...

The Disneyland one is for 55 years and has Disneyland references, but yes, the style is very similar to the 40th ones at WDW.

I meant though...do they actually carry the WDW 40th bag at DL resort?

I doubt it, as they don't sell the DLR one at WDW.
