Best building at SSR?

Hi All,

We will soon be staying at SSR for 14 nights - can anyone advise a good building to request (I know it is only a request - but if you donr ask, you dont get )

we are a family of 3 and would like to be near the food court and maybe a pool - not worried about the buses as we will have a car.

We to are visiting soon from the UK, I have been also trying to find out best area to respectfully request.

It would appear that the Springs is probably best if you need to be near the foodcourt, and it has the best pool, I am told!

Since we do not intend to eat at the foodcourt I was thinking of requesting Congress Park with its own pool area, close for a stroll to DD, and a bit quieter than the main area of the Springs! We won't be having a car so transportation is important for us, and I am struggling to find info on best area (if there is one) for good buses.

When are you going? If you're back before we go, would appreciate any tips you can offer. You could send me a private message if you prefer.

We were there last year. In my opinion, The Springs is the best area to stay. We had the closest room to the bus stop and really enjoyed the resort.

From our room it was a 5 minute walk to the Spa, Dining and Quick Service as well as check-in and the gift shop. About a 3 minute walk to the pool, bike rental, arcade.

The walk to downtown was about 15-20 minutes if I remember correctly.

The springs bus stop was the 4th (?) on the loop so we usually got off the first bus stop and walked over. The Paddock bus stop is just across the lake, so sometimes we did that.
