Default On 7 night cruise when best to do Palo?

I know we enjoyed Palo when we did a 3 night cruise way back when but I was wondering what nights (if any) were best to do Palo on a 7 night cruise? We were also wondering whether to go once or twice.

If it makes any difference this is on one of the Med cruises.

    Thanks!

Unfortunately you won't know your dining rotation until you board so you won't know when you'll be repeating restaurants. Do make sure to book Palo's brunch for any at-sea days you may have though, as soon you're able to do so.

I scheduled Palo for pirate night, which, for the EC, was when we were in St. Maarten. Our rotation was PLAPLAP, so missing Parrot Cay wasn't too much of a loss. And what they say about the Chocolate Souffle is true -- it was fantastic! The waiter came to us about it since you have to order it 30 minutes in advance and I was like 'you have to ask?'.

Hope you have a great cruise! My next will be on the Fantasy next year.

We booked Palo when we were onboard last year, our first cruise. We wind up on the Captain's night (lobster) it would have been our 2nd night at Lumiere's. I was a little worried, but no problem, everything a Palo was Lobster, we had like 3 lobster courses. Lobster ravolis, lobster tail which was huge and lobster bisque.
We would do that night again in a heart beat.

Our 3 sons went to dinner by themselves and were treated like kings by our servers. They really enjoy feeling grown up (ages, 10, 12 and 16 at the time). My one sons does not like lobster but loves steak, so that automatically bought him turf and turf. What great service.

    Enjoy!

    Wink

Since you are on a 7 night I would 1st book brunch and then book Palo for a night that is not one of the 3 rotations.

I am probably one of the few, but I really do not like the dinner at Palo's. I love the brunch and the afternoon tea oh so much better. I would choose to do two brunch's and forgo the dinner
