Where Is That Strawberry Smelling Teddy Bear Lots O?

LOL! I love Lots O-Huggin Bear from TS3 and I'm just curious on where you can find him since he is new to the Disney Family for WDW? So if anyone can give me the times or specific location on where he is too I would appericate that even more!!

He is at the character meet & greet in DHS, in the Animation building. When we were there in January he was out most of the day.

Lotso does not smell, but his area at the Studios has the smell piped in.

Rumor is Lotso is on the chopping block come May for the Pooh gang as their movie is coming out next.
