Are the characters from Bolt and Up still out?

The title says it all. My DD loves Bolt and the UP characters. Are they still out at WDW?

I still see Bolt every now and then in Epcot near MouseGears. The UP characters are no longer appearing, as far as I know.

I have heard rumors that the UP characters will be in Block Party Bash starting sometime in January, but they are still not out for meet n greets

Bolt is strictly a training character these days. He is in some parade rumors though.

I really hope they have Mr Fredrickson and Doug the dog. My kids love that movie as much as any Pixar film.

We were in DW in September, and where we saw the Up Characters the year before, in the Studios, was Lotso from Toy Story 3. The UP characters were no longer there. I am so glad we got our picture the previous year.

Unfortunately the UP characters are no longer out meeting (they left in the Spring).
