A lonnnnnggg time ago when I was little we saw Michael Landon from "Little House on the Praire". He was getting ready to board the monorail at the MK. Then a few years back we saw a really tall guy in front of the AA and I didn't know who he was but a lot of people were asking him for his autograph. So I marched up and thought once I get the autograph I will figure it out. But, guess what, couldn't recognize who he was from his signature either so I came away with an autograph from someone that I don't even know Kind of funny!!!I did ask a few people around me and they didn't know who he was either

    Thumbs down

At DL, I've seen Harold Ramis (in the 80s, not long after Ghostbusters) and Jon Favreau.

My DH saw Hines Ward at MK (plays for the Steelers). I was there but I don't recognize players without their helmets and pads! haha

I just noticed the "thumbs down" at the top of my post. I don't know how that got there and I can't get rid of it. It is no indication of how I feel about this thread!

Also, I remembered I saw Sara Gilbert (from Roseanne) at DL a couple of years ago. Is she a superstar? Or was she? Hmmm...

One of DD's favorite stories is that she saw Joey Fatone twice in one year; once on each coast. First at DL she saw him and family in the distance and was bummed all day because she couldn't get closer. Fate steps in.... a few months later she was waiting to board elevator at TOT. CM asked politely if they would wait for one more elevator because they needed to board someone else. About that time she sees, you guessed, it JF and family coming to board the elevator. The CM asked him if he would mind if others rode with them and he said not at all. DD just about fell over from excitement. She was determined not to miss out on her great moment so as they were all leaving she tapped him from behind and said "You should've won Dancing with the Stars." He smiled and said thanks and went on. She procedes to call me, screaming into her phone,-- " I touched Joey Fatone's bicep!" lol

Well.. I saw all of InSync perform on a stage in front of the Chinese Theater. This was when they were just starting out - had no hits at the time. Saw Patty Duke (she is a super star to me! Academy Award winner!) and Michael J. Fox.

I guess the biggest star I ever saw was Harrison Ford. He was rushed in to put his handprints and autograph in cement in front of the Chinese Theater. No ceremony, no fanfare, no announcement. Just dashed in, did the deed, and was quickly escorted out. We were told he had just ridden the Great Movie Ride and was going to a performance of The Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular.

I saw Kelly Rippa with her children in Animal Kingdom in 2007. My DH spotted her as she was walking by. She was walking with a group of other people and an escort. Right when she got by us, her son ran up to a vendor booth to try on a hat. She went over to get him, so I went up to her. I told her quiety that I didnt' want to make a scene for her, but wanted to tell her that I love her show. She said thanks really nicely and went on her way again. I got a few pictures of her as she was walking and taking pictures herself.

I saw Huey Lewis and his band having dinner at Maya Grill the same time we did. I found the courage (with a little help from 2 very large margaritas ) to go over and ask for his autograph. His band made jokes that I had to pay for their dinner in exchange.

Fall of 2008 I saw Ryan Seacrest filming a segment for E! entertainment on the opening of the American Idol experience. He was standing on the grassy hill just as you enter the Brown Derby. He was answering question from the group watching him between takes. I yelled out "where's Joel McHale?" but he didn't answer.

A few years ago a friend of mine saw Steven Tyler outside of IASW. My friend's young son had "disappeared" and when he yelled for him he had somehow gotten mixed up with Tylers group. Too funny - had to ask for his son back from Steven Tyler!

During my VERY FIRST TRIP to WDW with my daughter (1992) we walked right by John Travolta. He was dressed all in black and had a great big smile on his face. I almost dropped in my tracks. And where was my camera? In my backpack

A couple of years ago I saw Dog the Bounty Hunter at the Grand Californian. Never would have noticed him if a couple of teenage boys hadn't nearly ran me over to get his autograph (which he refused).

I had never met anyone famous at WDW until the same trip last year. During the week, we saw Robert Irvine from Dinner Impossible filming an episode,we met and had pics taken with Drew Brees the day after the super bowl, & ran into Demi Lavato & Joe Jonas who were there giving a concert. We just happened to be in club cool when security escorted them through.
My husband swears he met Joe Rhode in the bathroom at AK in 2001.

I saw Michael and Janet Jackson inside Space Mountain many years ago. They had been brought into the attraction through a backstage area and were already seated in a rocket by the time I spotted them.

I also saw Neal Smith, who played on the Denver Broncos when they won the Superbowl in the late 90s, though he was playing for the Kansas City Chiefs at the time. My sister and I had our picture taken with him.

We saw Snoop Dog at ESPN Zone in DTD, my DD at the time was about 18 months and getting down to the music and some of Snoop Dog's crew took notice, my DH and I could not believe that this was the time we forgot the camera. He was very gracious to everyone who recognized him. I would have loved a picture of my DD in her Pink Tinkerbell sweatshirt and Snoop Dog and his posse!

I was on the Disney Cruise with Michael Anthony, Former bass player from Van Halen. Great Guy, nice family. the weird part was that I was the only one who recognized him...the bigger surprise was that they were debuting Herby the Love Bug on the ship, of which Van Halen's Jump was on the soundtrack...nobody on the ship ..even the staff knew who he was or that he was there or that there was a coincidence of the Herby The Love Bug thing.....I guess he's only a celebrity to us 80's Rock and Rollers

I wouldn't call her a SUPER Star, but a Star nonetheless, but many years ago we saw Gena Davis shopping on Main Street with a personal guide.
