Oh definitely! I grew up going on this ride (my family would always stop by when we were on vacation). And when I started doing the CP, I would always come back on my own (and request the Westen show- even back then it was my favorite version ). I love seeing other GMR fans

College Program is the reason I am who I am.

I started as a CP butler at the Haunted Mansion, then got into Entertainment (check the sig if you're curious), then ended up in Tokyo, then an Equity actor, then a sunt performer, and now a Creative Developer and Show Writer for Universal Studios...and I owe it all to my CP.

Side note, get there super early on check in day to claim the best bed/bedroom in your appartment

What do you want to do in Ent?
I think this is so true for me too.....the CP program changed my life. I had always wanted to do this (I chose my college based on whether or not they offered the Disney internship) and every job I got after graduating always hired me because I worked for DISNEY. I brought everything I learned there to every job I had. I was a merchandise hostess in Disney and yet I volunteered at Give Kids the World, I worked in different stations outside of my store in AK doing different things-thanks to my awesome managers who knew I wanted to do more with my time there, sang in the Candlelight Processional etc etc. It is what you put into it.....and will change your life if you let it!!! I highly agree! My family thought I wasn't going to come home and some don't!!! My goal is when my hubby and I are retired I will move there and work there again someday
Maybe you will end up staying, maybe you will end up returning every year for a week to keep up your CM CP status, or maybe you will end up getting a FABULOUS job doing what you love back home after graduating because you worked for THE MOUSE No matter what....learn as much as you can...(do get there early to get the best room! LOL), make lasting friendships, and have a blast!!!

I have worked with 2 different people that were there on the CP and both had great things to say about it. Enjoy and have fun.

    That is so awesome!

I am planning on doing the CP too! Im a junior so still at least a couple years away so what did you have to do to apply? just the online application? im thinking either attractions or lifeguarding. (im a USA swimmer) I want to hear about all the great things you get to do!!!!!!

also, should I apply for my second semester of college? or wait a little longer? I want to be settled in to my college, but i just cant wait to get to the CP! (and I was hoping to do it more than once if possible...)

honestly im not sure who is more excited, me or my mom
