Default Best day to visit WWoHP?

My daughter and some friends are headed to Orlando next week for a short trip. They have 3 full days and plan to spend one at Universal specifically to check out the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, 1 day at the F&W festival at Epcot and 1 day at Seaworld. They will be there on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I know that Epcot will be crazy on Saturday; will this hold true for the other parks too?? I suggested they do Epcot on Thursday, Universal on Friday and Sea World on Saturday. Any comments, suggestions?? I'll be at Disney with my younger daughter and a group of friends. We'll all hook up on Saturday night to watch the UK game at ESPN zone. Family, football and WDW - it doesn't get any better

Seaworld on Saturday seems a good choice. For Epcot you may wish to check on Extra Magic Hours Days, which can add to the crowds. Universal should be less crowded on a weekday.
