    Exclamation Airline Relocations at Orlando Int'l (MCO)

    Passengers flying in and out of MCO on Continental, SunCountry and Bahamasair airlines need to be aware of the following relocations:

    Continental's ticket counters have been moved from Terminal A to Terminal B effective 9/22/10;

    Continental's gates will change from Airside 1 (gates 1-29) to Airside 3 (gates 30-59) effective 9/23/10;

    SunCountry's ticket counters have been moved from Terminal A to Terminal B effective 9/22/10;

    Bahamasair ticket counters have been moved from Terminal A to Terminal B effective 9/22/10.

    Another major change will occur in the near future; JetBlue's gates will move from Airside 2 (gates 100-129) to Airside 1 (gates 1-29). Their ticket counter will remain in the same area they occupy now, but will switch places with Virgin Atlantic's counters. This move means that JetBlue passengers and bag claim will then be located at the west end of the airport; they are presently at the east end. More info will be posted when the move is imminent.

    Continental's move was prompted by their impending merger with United, and all the moves are also prompted by an effort to equalize the passenger and baggage flows at each end of the airport.

    good stuff to know...although we never seem to disembark at the "right" gate when we fly into orlando anyway....it always seems to change.
