Default About to purchase at BLT...

but I am concerned about having problems getting into our home resort. What seems to be the trend? Are you having problems getting into BLT at the 11 month mark? Typically we like to go to WDW September/October time.

Thank you in advance for your help!

At the 11 month mark you should be fine - christmas and other major holidays would be more difficult but Sept/October should be OK. Should even be able to get MK view with any luck!

Never had an issue in the three years we've owned in getting in to our home resort at the 11 month mark.

We own at SSR and BLT.

We tried to get a Studio at the Concierge Level of AKL exactly at the beginning of the 11 month window and could not. There was no availabilty. We did get Savannah view though.

From what I've read, studio concierge rooms at AKL are among the hardest to get on property -- I've heard there are as few as FIVE of these rooms total.

We just joined last year and I booked a 2 bdr at BLT (home resort) at under the 11 month mark and got it. Only issue was that I wanted the standard view and had to get lakeview but that is fine.

Default About to purchase at BLT...

BLT is a wonderful resort and we are very happy staying there. If you like BLT and want to stay there the 11 month window is your best bet. I have to say though that when I have booked after the 11 month window and have been placed on a waitlist, I have been able to get the BLT room I have wanted.

In theory, shouldn't all or almost all the rooms be available when you book at exactly 11 months? Isn't that the earliest anyone can book a room?
