    Default Apps for Seniors

We're looking at upgrading to a "family" data plan. My senior parents are on will be on the plan because the rest of us are and it's just more economically feasible.

I'd like to see them get a "smart phone". I think they'd enjoy it once they got used to it. Can anyone suggest some "Android Apps" that a retired senior might enjoy?

Just bumping this thread. I'm still hoping somebody out there has some ideas. I know there's a lot of iPhone and Android users out there. There's got to be a really useful app that you like.

Default Who was that masked man?

Just read in the latest AARP magazine that one app that seniors like is a search engine, like google or bing. The item headline read "No more senior moments". Apparently you look up whatever it is that you can't remember. Like the name of that actor in that old movie.

Perhaps you can get other ideas browsing the AARP website.
