New Disney Villains?

Hi everyone, I'm a bit of a villains fanatic and, while I love all the characters Disney has out in the parks, I'd like to see more of the villains. I know MNSSHP is the place to find them, but as my family can't make it at that time this year we are going around Christmastime instead.

I know it's EXTREMELY rare to find some of these characters, but if you have any tips of slight possibilities on where I might find the following characters, please tell me where.
1. Maleficent
2. Lady Tremaine
3. Hades
4. Cruella de Ville
5. Darkwing Duck
6. Jafar
7. Frollo
8. Darth Vader
9. Governor Ratcliffe
10. Shan Yu (I know he hasn't been around for a LONG time but maybe someone here knows more than me)

Thanks a lot everyone; and again I know most of these are almost hopeless but please let me know if there are ANY places in the parks I might have some chance of finding them.

You can meet Lady Tremaine along with the stepsisters in the Magic Kingdom. I believe they appear daily. They are also available at 1900 Park Fare at Grand Floridian. Jafar can sometimes be found in the Animation Building at HS around 5:00 or so, but its not an absolute guarantee. Gov. Ratcliffe also appears in the Animation Building, and at Animal kingdom. These are your best bets. For the others, besides a party, probably no chance. Good luck!!

Hades, Darkwing Duck, and Shan Yu do not appear at the parties (and are pretty much almost retired, they are that rare). Darth Vader only appears during Star Wars Weekends (for meeting- he also appears in the Jedi Training Academy). And Frollo used to appear at MNSSHP, but I heard he was being retired, and not coming out this year.

We frequently see Cruella at MK at opening, hanging out on Main Street.

govenor ratclille (one of my favorites) can sometimes be found in the oasis at animal kingdom, and also sometimes in the animation building at hollywood in late afternoons when the characters come out there. jafar can also sometimes be found in the animation building late afternoons.

I am assuming you are talking about Disneyland in CA. She appears there daily, but has not done so in WDW for years.

He is no longer at the Animation Building. He, Friar Tuck, Prince John, the Sheriff, Max, Gideon, and Honest John left about a year ago in favor of the VIPs.

Havent seen him at AK in a while, but there may still be a chance for that.

Have you seen him recently? I think Raxip indicated we wouldnt be seeing him for a while. Id love to get an updated picture, but weve stopped in quite a bit over the summer and no go.

No, I haven't seen him recently (however, I've only stopped by a few times in the past months because I've been so busy).

Total bummer, I am all for the VIP's being out at each park, but come on variety is the spice of life!

Yeah, I hate to be the bearer of more bad news, but I have also noticed that the F! sets are now doing VIPs in both sets (ie Chip n Dale swap out with Chip n Dale) with more frequency.

I guess thats what most people want...
