Exclamation HELP! How can we get our GAD GAD vouchers?

Hi everyone. I've been out of the country for the past 3 weeks and haven't been able to get on this website. I came on today to see that Disney closed the Give A Day, Get A Day website. Now I had already printed my voucher but we never printed the ones my wife and daughter earned. When we go to the site there's no link to print them any more.

What can we do? Who can we contact? Is there a number we can call? We couldn't find one on the site. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

We're beside ourselves and this would cost us dearly on our trip if we can't print these vouchers. Thanks.

Have you checked your e-mail? I received 4 seperate e-mails from Disney Destinations a few days ago. In the e-mail it stated that the web site had closed but I could still retreive my vouchers if needed. There wasn't a phone number to call, it just said click here and brought up a pdf file with the voucher.

Sorry, that address got me nowhere. There was one reference that lead me to the Disney site. Once there, click on contact us. Maybe try that.

    1) Oops.
    2) I thought you had until only 7/21/10 to print the vouchers.

Oops is right! I didn't print them for fear of losing them before our trip in October! I just emailed them at the website that I was directed to from the original email. I'm sure it will all work out! (And I will immediately print them and put them in a safe place!)

    Default All you need is:

I called the Disney phone number for the Give A day, Get a Day program, which is (407) 827-5990, and the agent told me that when I go to the theme park to purchase tickets I would just have to show my photo ID, and tell them the phone number that I have registered for the Give A Day, Get a Day program. He also said to make sure you say you did it for a "volunteer" program because they have a separate database to look up volunteering vouchers. Hope this helps!

p.s. I am also going to bring along a print of my confirmation emails for doing the volunteer activity, just in case they need more verification.

    Talking

We e-mailed them and got the same response as the above poster - take a photo ID to a ticket window and give them the phone number we used when we registered for GAD/GAD. I am also going to print the e-mail as back-up.

FYI- I went to the "Give-a-Day" part of the Disney website and contacted guest services through that link there. I heard back within a day with my voucher numbers. I am just going to print the email and bring that. Hope this info helps someone!
