    Default Labor Day weekend advice

Hey all, so I've read in some places that crowds over Labor Day weekend are fairly large, and in other places that they are fairly light.

Any thoughts on this? Which is the correct school of thought? We're going down for a week starting Labor Day weekend, so I'm trying to figure if we should go down Saturday, Sunday, or Monday to best avoid the crowds.

    Thanks!

Crowds do increase over Labor Day weekend. For the most part, though, I've found the largest crowds to be in the Magic Kingdom during that time and, even there, would describe them as moderate.

It's generally quite manageable to be in Disney World over that holiday weekend.

    Default Labor Day!!

We go to WDW frequently at this time. By Monday noon the crowds really decrease. The rest of the week it's WONDERFUL!

    Great to know, thanks.
Wifey and I are pretty averse to crowds.

Last year we went to BG Williamsburg with my niece and mother-in-law around the same time, and that made the theme park experience much easier as far as our DD goes (last year she was 1y/7m, this year she'll be 2y/7m).
But it will be just the 3 of us this year at WDW, so less crowds would make the week much easier on us.
I'm now trying to gauge whether we should fly down Saturday, Sunday, or Monday (spending 7 nights).
I haven't ruled out flying down Sunday (9/5) and flying back Monday (9/13), but since we stay in a timeshare/condo (which is limited to 7 nights) we'd need to add a day at a Marriott or something if we did that.
