Would anyone have suggestions where my wife and I should take two colleagues for a unique dinner experience?
I have considered the California Grill atop the Contemporary during the fireworks.
Suggestions please! Thanks in advance.
Jiko has a great environment for that sort of thing. It's unique, but not too out there. Great food, excellent service, neat atmosphere with a cool vibe. Excellent South African wine list. Not a big hit with families with small kids, not to say you won't see a few there possibly.

Based on your CornFedBeef handle, I would suggest Artist Point in the Wilderness Lodge. They feature great meat dishes. Steaks, bison, sometimes ostrich, various game... Everything is delicious and well thought-out. This would be a more quiet location, compared to some of the scream-fest restaurants that fill WDW.
Check it out on the menus and pictures. You won't be disappointed and your clients will feel special....valued.
You can't go wrong with California Grill and Fireworks. I just returned and tried Jiko for the first time. There was a group of doctors at the table next to us. Easy to talk plus you get to look at the animals outside the lodge before dinner. The short ribs are very good. My wife and I also ate at Citricos as the Grand Floridian. It's very good too but not much in way of extra scenery. The food was delicious at all three spots.
