Default Waterparks - Better to go in the Morning or Afternoon?

Will be going to WDW 11/6-11/14 with DW, Disney parents, DS 2 and DS 4. Have been to the waterparks before with DW. Have always gone first thing in the morning to beat the crowds. However, I remember it being a little chilly during november in the early am. I have heard that the waterparks can empty out in the mid afternoon (say 3-5) and I figure it is also warmer. We would probably only be going for 2-3 hours. What does everyone think? Thanks.

If you plan on riding the slides its best to be there at opening, because the lines while shorter then midday are still too long for you to do all of them in 3 hours in the evening. However, for us we dont go to TL for the slides, we go for the wave pool and the river so we always go in the late afternoon and its great.

You're going in Nov again? I'd go in the early afternoon, the warmest part of the day. The parks won't be "summer crowded" in November. BUT, beware that chilly temps are very rough on the little ones at the waterparks because there is so much time OUT of the water.

We just went to BB a few weeks ago with our boys (4 & 5) and we arrived around 3pm and did everything we wanted in about 2.5 hours. No lines for anything. This was spring break (week prior to Easter). It was not that warm...mid 70's maybe.

While the majority of the park was not crowded, the KIDDIE area at BB was packed! There were moderate lines for the kiddie slides (5-10 min waits).

After taking the kids to BB, we decided we'd wait several more years before returning to the water parks with the kids. AND, we'll only go back in the summer. It simply was not warm enough to really enjoy. The kids were FREEZING most of the time, and the water at the parks was not heated as well as the resort pool. Just keep that in mind. I'd only go to a water park in November if the temps were in the mid 80's.

We're morning waterpark people. We just find that it is sooo much quieter in the morning, and yes, it can be a little chilly at times, but we get so much more done and can really enjoy ourselves, instead of spending the time in line.

We get "everything" done in the morning, have lunch and then enjoy the wave pool, etc in the afternoon until we're totally waterlogged and ready to go.
